The signature bead

A double-sided golden bead · Merci Mademoiselle on one side, Murmure on the other. It marks the starting point for reading your secret message.

The dot

A golden hematite bead, round and faceted. Metallic light, opaque. It stands for the short Morse signal.

The dash

A matte coloured bead. Nine colours to choose from: teal, coral, yellow, sun yellow, white, blue, royal blue, turquoise, khaki. It gives the jewel its visual signature.

The pause

Between each letter, small translucent amber beads. Glass lets the light through like a silence: they separate the letters and let the message breathe.

Hidden inside every golden pouch is a small transparent capsule, the size of a pill, that opens delicately in two.

Slipped inside this capsule, a hand-rolled black paper, on which the translation of your message is handwritten in golden ink. It is your personal key: never to forget what you wear, or to reveal it to whomever you choose.

What message can I choose?
Truly whatever you wish. A name (yours, a child's, a love's), a date that matters (a wedding, a birth, a day to remember), a word to hold on to (freedom, strength, courage, rebirth), a declaration, or a secret word only you know.

Technical constraints are minimal: letters A-Z and digits 0-9 are possible, up to 45 characters, accents are automatically removed (« É » becomes « E »). A 4-letter name or a 30-character phrase, the price stays the same: €89.

A few ideas to inspire you: Amour, Forever, Maman, To the moon, Je t'aime, Need you, Always, My love. But the most beautiful Murmure is always the one you invent.
What size is the jewel, and can it be adjusted?
The jewel measures 102 cm. It is designed for a 17 cm reference wrist, six loops as a bracelet, or one long strand / two strands as a necklace.

The size cannot be exchanged once the jewel is strung. If your wrist is not 17 cm, simply select your wrist size when ordering. We will adapt the length accordingly, at no extra cost.

Can I gift it?
Yes, it is designed for exactly that. The keepsake (cotton pouch, protected by the matte gold pouch) can be gifted just as it is, and the capsule holds the handwritten translation of the message: she discovers the jewel first, then its secret.
How long until I receive my Murmure?
Each bracelet is strung by hand, then shipped with tracked Colissimo: you receive your Murmure within 8 working days in mainland France, free delivery. For urgent orders, write to us: we will do our very best.
How is the jewel delivered?
Your Murmure comes in a cotton pouch, itself protected by a beautiful matte gold pouch, designed to be gifted as is. Inside, you will find a card with the complete Morse alphabet, and a small transparent capsule (the size of a pill) holding a small rolled black paper, on which the translation of your message is handwritten. Keep it in the capsule or take it out to reread it: it is your personal key.

What is the semi-precious stone at the end of the bracelet for?
It marks the end of the message and gives it its intention. Each stone carries an intention: rose quartz (love), carnelian (vitality), tiger eye (strength), amethyst (calm), citrine (joy), aventurine (luck), lapis lazuli (truth), jade (harmony), black tourmaline (protection). What is the rest of the bracelet made of, after the message?
The rest of the bracelet is made of the same golden and coloured beads, arranged at random, creating a beautiful whole that hides your secret within the jewel. Impossible to guess where the message begins without knowing the code: only the signature bead marks its start.
Can I cancel or return my order?
As every jewel is custom-made to your message, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods (article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). Please check your message carefully before confirming. Your Murmure remains covered by a 6-month warranty as well as statutory guarantees. See our Terms of Sale (French) →
What is the warranty?
Every jewel is guaranteed for 6 months against manufacturing defects. Any piece damaged during this period is repaired or replaced free of charge. Beyond that, we offer repairs at cost: a Murmure is made to last.
How do I care for my jewel?
Natural stones love water but not soap. Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes and creams. The elastic thread relaxes slightly over time, that is normal. Store your jewel flat in its pouch, away from direct light. With these simple habits, your Murmure will age with elegance.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes! Delivery is free in mainland France, €8 across the European Union and €15 for the rest of the world (Switzerland, UK, Americas, Asia…). Shipping costs appear automatically at checkout. Tracked shipping within 5 to 8 working days after your jewel is made.
